Bandzoogle is looking for a part-time support person to join our growing team of music-loving computer experts.
At Bandzoogle, we build tools that help bands succeed online. Our app powers tens of thousands of artist websites, helping them make a living by selling their music and growing their fan base.

Bandzoogle is a "virtual office"; everyone works from where they love to be. We don't let physical distance keep us apart: we're always in close contact through our busy company chat rooms, meetings / screensharing via Slack and Google Hangout.

The candidate will be responsible for helping customers via web chat and email, testing new features, and suggesting improvements for our products. Our customer support team is the best on the planet, with a wide range of experience and technical knowledge pertaining to music websites.
This is a part-time work from home position, and will include shifts between 8am and 2pm EST. We hire globally!
